I will help to break things down clearly, keeping it relaxed and supportive. Perfect if you're just starting out or want to build confidence in your practice.
Asana Focus
Curious about how certain poses actually work? This session gives you the chance to explore specific asanas in more detail — how they feel in your body, what they’re meant to do, and how small adjustments can make a big difference.
It’s a chance to ask questions, tune in, and build a deeper connection with your practice — one asana at a time.
Vinyasa Flow
Tying it all together. A one hour Vinyasa Flow class completely custom to you!
In this one-to-one Vinyasa session, we’ll move through a breath-led sequence at your pace, with plenty of space to pause, explore, and personalise the practice. Tailoring to your goals, whether that’s building strength, challenging flexibility or finding more ease in movement — you will be guided and supported.
Ashtanga Yoga
Fancy something different? A one hour session discovering the joys of Ashtanga Yoga.
Ashtanga Yoga follows a set series of asanas. We will move from one asana to the next, coordinating your movement with your breath.
A great way to build strength, flexibility and focus, whilst calming your mind along the way.
